Additional Information/Regulations

*All occupants must be 21 years of age and older

*Rentals are on a first paid, first served basis

*Rentals may be made same-day if available or in advance for best option to get the time slot you desire

*Renters must vacate on time or additional charges will apply

*Basic housekeeping provided (replacing trash can liner, surface wipe-down, vacuuming), but excessive messes and damages to the room in any manner will incur additional charges.
